IMPORTANT: If shipping outside the U.S. (or APO address), additional shipping charges apply. Contact us for rates before ordering. Shipping Orders are normally sent via the U. S. Postal Service. The normal charge for shipment to U.S. and APO addresses is $3.00, regardless of the total bill or number of items. For international or special shipping orders, contact us for shipping costs. (Rate effective May 1, 2006.) Shipping Insurance We recommend insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail. Select "Add insurance" from the Shipping field in the shopping cart. We try to match shipping rates as close as possible to the actual U.S. Postal insurance cost. (May not apply to orders outside the U.S.) If you are unable to use the shopping cart, calculate your insurance cost as follows:
